Join us and help change the way people think abouttechnology.Your Day to DayAs a Manager, Small Business Sales, you would beworking on:Be an integral part of the leadership team and own the process forquickly closing leads from Channel and Partner sources while focusing ongenerating new fast paced revenue from 0-99 employee count.Focus on coaching and developing the team, refining, and building onour Small Business sales strategy, and partnering cross-functionally toidentify additional Channel and Partner opportunities.Analyze team activity and performance data to find opportunities toimprove success rates and motivate individual AEs to exceed targets throughcoaching and mentorship.Accurately forecast and report on the state of your business toLeadership.Consistently partner with top Channel sources in respective regionalong with internal Channel leadership and RPMs.What We’re Looking ForAs a Manager, Small Business Sales, your backgroundwill look like:Experience managing and leading a team of BDRs/AEs remotely to achieveKPIs and sales targets in a SaaS company.Demonstrated expertise in working with Channel Partners and therespective internal teams.Prior experience working with CRMs like Salesforce and sales engagementplatforms.A collaborative mindset- someone who enjoys working cross functionallyto solve business challenges.Ability to present ideas, performance and KPIs in a clear, graphical,written and verbal way.At GoTo, diversity and inclusion are key to creating a thriving anddynamic work environment.
