About USOur mission is to connect health with technology as a healthcareservices technology company and world-leading maker of smart wearables.Since its inception in 2013, the company has developed a proprietarytechnology platform including AI chips, biometric sensors, and dataalgorithms, which drive a broadening line of smart health products forconsumers, and analytics services for the industry.What you’ll doWe are seeking a disciplined, organized, tenured, and successfulNational Account Sales Manager to grow our market share in North America.The National Account Sales Manager is responsible for expanding regionaland national accounts (including but not limiting REI, Costco, Sam’sClub) through direct sales and our distribution channel. The candidate willhave strong forecasting experience, relationships building skills, andexcellent communication skills inside and outside the organization.How you’ll do itDemonstrate an ability to build executive relationships at majoraccounts in your territory.Make the sales strategy for company core management team.Know your business and provide weekly feedback on accounts tomanagement.Identify opportunities and challenges within account base and createstrategies to maximize sell through, profit, revenue, and marketshare.Establish and track an annual account budget which includes sales andprofits.Develop and negotiate terms for accounts to effectively manage overallprofitability of each assigned account while obtaining sales goals.Effectively delegate and manage sales duties to exceed customerexpectations.Communicate and update sales team members with strategic companyinformation and initiatives as required.Participate and implement channel strategy, product roadmap, MAP, andpromotional plans.Analyze and understand industry market trends, competition, products,and pricing that may impact sales efforts.What you’ll needBachelor’s degree preferredExperience working with Microcenter, Brandsmart, Electronic Express,Nebraska Furniture Mart, REI, Home Depot, Dick’s Sporting Goods, Costco,Sam’s, D&HStrong verbal and written communication skillsStrong presentation skillsAbility to perform international and domestic travelBenefits of Working At Zepp Health:Competitive salary, PTO, sick dayHealth insurance, Vision insurance, Dental insurance, lifeinsuranceFlexible spending account401K & 401K matchingBonus payOther BenefitsOur company is an Equal Opportunity employer and welcomes everyoneto our team.
