As a Network Technical Support Specialist, you will provide technical support to customers and partner, focused on pre-sales test support, partner training and project implementation on our client network products or solution, meanwhile you also need to be responsible for service delivery quality in coverage territory.
To be successful in this role, a motivated self-starter and self-learner is preferred, possess strong customer service and technical problem-solving skills.

Job Description:
Our client Europe office is seeking an experienced After-Sales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have in-depth knowledge of the operation of switches and servers and be able to provide excellent customer support and technical services throughout Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
1.Responsible for the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of switches and servers.
2.Provide professional technical consultation and solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
3.Provide professional technical training to channel and customer.
4.Support short-term projects in other European countries when necessary.
5.Collaborate with the team to continuously improve service processes and quality.
6.Write and maintain technical documentation and manuals.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
At least two years of experience in the field.
Proficiency in the operation and maintenance of switches/WLAN and servers.
Cisco certification (e.g., CCNA, CCNP) and/or VMware certification will be an advantage.
