Stakeholder Collaboration: Serve as a central point of contact forfunctional managers, collaborating with end users and business unitmanagers to support applications and projects. Reporting and Communication: Provide accurate and timely project/teamstatus reports to management, Steering Committee, and Project ManagementOffice (PMO). Vendor Management: Manage vendors, review billings, and ensure theintegrity of deliverables.
