The ideal candidate will have a BS in a STEM field (orequivalent job experience), excellent organizational and communicationskills, and familiarity with machine learning, artificial intelligence, andagile methodologies. Experience in the pulp and paper industry andknowledge of plant data historians is a significant advantage.Responsibilities:Project Coordination and Sprint Planning (40%)Plan and organize biweekly sprints with AI vendors.Coordinate multiple project timelines to ensure successful sprintcompletion.Develop and maintain detailed project schedules and work plans.Communicate with stakeholders to identify and resolve projectroadblocks.Data Handling and Organization (30%)Clean and organize raw data sets received from customers.Submit organized data in standard templates for project use.Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout the projectlifecycle.Timeline Development and Communication (30%)Develop project timelines for multiple ongoing tasks.Communicate project status, updates, and any issues tostakeholders.Utilize data analytics and statistical knowledge to inform projectdecisions.Translate complex data insights into understandable information fornon-technical stakeholders.Education:BS in a STEM field preferred (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering,Mathematics).Equivalent job experience can supplement a different degreebackground.Joining a multinational organisationCareer development opportunitiesExperience:Proven experience in project management.Proficiency in data handling and Excel.Strong organizational and communication skills.Knowledge:Familiarity with principles of machine learning and artificialintelligence.Knowledge and experience with agile methodologies and principles.Understanding of the pulp and paper process and factors affecting plantprofitability.Understanding of plant data historians, including major players, dataformats, and data extraction.Basic understanding of data analytics and statistics with the abilityto communicate these concepts effectively.Licenses & Certifications:AWS certifications are a plus.Key Skills:Strong project management and organizational abilities.Excellent data handling and analytical skills.Proficient in Excel and data organization.Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously.Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams andstakeholders.Tagged as: remote, remote job, virtual, Virtual Job,virtual position, Work at Home, work from home
