Work ScheduleStandard (Mon-Fri)Environmental ConditionsOfficeJob DescriptionEssential Functions and Other Job Information: Manages and leads projects to deliver the intended business benefitsaccording to timelines, budget and quality standards. Directs activities of global cross-functional teams and works withorganization to ensure project dependencies are identified andcommunicated. Creates program timelines as well as detailed project plans;assesses Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), resource loading, dependencies,and achievements. Plans and manages budgets associated with technology projects. Evaluates percentage complete, tracks actuals to budget andmitigates overspend, tunes resource model to adhere to budgetguidelines. Collaborates with the business teams on value measurements andbenefits realization compared to baselines. Ensures risks/issues are surfaced and mitigated, increasinginformation and recommending issue resolution as appropriate. Ensures project team compliance with organization policies, SOPs,ICH-GCP, regulatory and project specific requirements. Supervises external vendorsQualificationsEducation and Experience: Bachelor’s degree or equivalentand relevant formal academic / vocational qualificationPrevious experience that provides the knowledge, skills, and abilitiesto perform the job (comparable to 5+ years).Knowledge, Skills And Abilities Proficiency in the key principles of cross-functionalproject management (ex: time, quality, cost) Experience with Lean Six Sigma, Agile and Scrum methodologies Familiar with formal organizational change processes and methods(Prosci or similar approach)  Strong financial acumen Excellent social skills, including the ability to work across theorganization and interact/influence/negotiate effectively at all levels Critical thinker with solid judgment and strong initiative Proven track record to lead and influence collaboration across multiple anddiverse groups Strong leadership and teamwork abilities Ability to work independently and be a creative and innovativeproblem solver Ability to delegate, optimally prioritize own and project teammembers workload Ability to effectively use automated systems and computerizedapplications such as Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel, Word,etc. and Visio Strong verbal and written communication, time management, andinterpersonal skills Show more Show lessTagged as: remote, remote job, virtual, Virtual Job,virtual position, Work at Home, work from home
