Our client is a super-premium spirits producer and distributor withambitious plans to drive growth and success across Europe and other keymarkets with its award-winning brands, exceptional customer service anddynamic consumer engagement.Fluid Fusion is searching for an established senior sales professionalwith strong credentials in premium drinks brands and exposure to developingand managing customers in the On Trade, Off Trade channels and drinksdistributors across Germany, Austria and Switzerland. Key Responsibilities and ActivitiesDevelopment of sales strategy, growing brand visibility, volume, andprofitability within the assigned region in off-trade and on-tradechannels.Lead annual and operational sales business planning within theterritory.Full execution of the sales strategy to increase sales and meet thecompany’s targets and KPIs, thus achieving the sales plan.Lead and manage negotiations with key HoReCa accounts within theregion, building relationships with key partners/customers.Pricing and discount management, target setting, and profitabilityplanning.Take charge of annual and operational sales business planninginitiatives within the region, ensuring alignment with overarchingcorporate objectives and market dynamics.Managing the relationships between distributors, partners, andclients.Full P&L management.Actively search and identify new business partners/customers within theterritory.Active participation in the preparation of annual Brand/Marketing plansfor the customers with the global marketing team.Active participation in the implementation of global marketingcampaigns, owning responsibility for delivering all marketing programs inaccordance with Brand Guidelines; Initiating and managing events.Full control and coordination of all other key marketing activitieswithin the area (exhibitions, on-trade POSM development and distribution,and other image projects).Develop and implement on/off-trade incentive programs, promoactivations, and branding projects in the key accounts.Creation of all local reporting, quarterly marketing reports, monthlysales reports with practical insights, 1/2 yr review, FY sales planning andfunds contribution, control of fulfilment to agreed.Requirements:Excellent knowledge of key accounts across sales channels includingOff-Trade and On-Trade within Germany, Austria and Switzerland.Strong experience in international drinks sales, partner management anddevelopment of premium drinks brands (ideally spirits)Higher education, preferably in Economics or Marketing.Fluent in German as well as excellent verbal and written English isessential.Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.Excellent networking and analytical skills.Strong understanding of marketing/trade marketing area.Ability and willingness to frequent business trips within theGerman-speaking regionAbility to learn, work and develop in a fast-changing & dynamicenvironment.Candidates must be based and eligible to work in Germany for thisopportunity and will ideally be based in, or accessible to, one of the mainGerman cities (i.e., Berlin, Munich, Cologne, Frankfurt, Düsseldorf,Leipzig or Stuttgart)Please provide your CV (in English is preferred) salary and currentremuneration with your application.
