Compensation: Base $80K-$105K + Up to 30% Bonus (OTE: $140K)

Who We Are: We are the largest supplier of commercial laundry detergents in North America. We provide high-quality commercial laundry and chemical products to uniform and linen rental companies in heavy industry, education, and hospitality verticals.

Position Overview

The Regional Sales Manager will oversee and drive sales strategies across the Northeast US, focusing on growth in the washing, cleaning, sanitization, and water treatment sectors. The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with clients and lead a team of sales professionals to achieve business objectives. This individual will be focused in the commercial laundry sector and have responsibilities in account management, account growth and new business development. Candidates should have extensive experience either in the chemical or water treatment sales space and also be willing to travel regionally within the Northeast.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase market share in the northeast US
  • Manage and lead a team of sales representatives to achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships.
  • Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to ensure alignment on goals and objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize sales processes and strategies.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of sales experience in cleaning/sanitation/water treatment chemicals.
  • Account Management and Territory Management experience.
  • Experience overseeing team of junior sales reps.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for relationship building.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
