Our client is a European based brand, looking for a skilled& experienced Retention Manager . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in designing,implementing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across emailchannels, app push notifications, and strategic website pop-ups.This role is critical in aligning with our brand’s goals anddriving customer retention and revenue growth.It’s a permanent remote work opportunity.Key responsibilities would include:Campaigns Management: Design, implement, and monitoreffective marketing campaigns that encompass email channels, app pushnotifications, and strategic pop-ups on the website. Utilize analytics toassess campaign performance and suggest improvements to enhance customerretention.Marketing Operations: Coordinate with variousdepartments – product, design, and email marketing tools, to ensuresmooth execution of marketing activities. Manage the marketing calendar andplan for future months to hit retention and revenue goals.Analytics and Reporting: Regularly analyze and reporton the performance of marketing campaigns, deriving insights to informfuture retention strategies.Content Creation: Craft compelling copy and oversee thecreation of captivating and relevant content for email campaigns and othermarketing channels, ensuring consistency with our brand voice andmessaging.A/B Testing and Optimization: Implement A/B testing forvarious email campaigns to optimize performance.
