It also epitomizes our commitment to sustainability, with energy efficiency levels significantly above the global average and an innovative system that recovers waste heat to warm 2,000 residential buildings in the nearby town of Mäntsälä.

The role

We are looking for an experienced, detail-oriented and data-driven Sales Excellence Manager to join our team. This is a strategic role that enables and drives consistent Sales Excellence practices to achieve sales objectives. You will have a broad scope of responsibilities focused on optimizing sales performance and processes across an organization.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

  • Create and implement processes to measure the effectiveness of sales initiatives.
  • Track and manage the sales performance through regular deal review and forecast sessions;
  • Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Develop ongoing training and development programs for sales staff.
  • Partner with functional teams to create sales enablement materials.
  • Motivate sales team and boost morale through incentives, recognition, and other tactics.
  • Advises and develops strategy for territory planning, quota and KPI setting.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive growth and improve overall sales performance. This involves: Optimizing end-to-end sales processes; Refining pipeline management practices; Enhancing sales methodologies and best practices.
  • Measure and improve sales performance by: Establishing key performance indicators (KPIs), including non-revenue operational metrics; Creating dashboards and reports to track progress; Analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities (eg, lost/disqualified deals reasoning); Recommending actions to address performance gaps; Ensuring CRM hygiene and driving regular deal review and forecast sessions.
  • Enhance the capabilities of the sales team through: Designing and delivering sales training programs; Driving performance review sessions, identifying skill and knowledge gaps and creating development plans; Collaborating with the functional teams to develop and update the essential sales assets (general and industry-specific slide decks, battle cards, etc.).
  • Oversee the implementation and optimization of sales technologies, including: CRM systems and workflows; Sales analytics and reporting tools; Sales enablement platforms; Automation tools to increase efficiency
  • Motivate the sales team and boost morale by designing and updating sales incentive plans, recognition mechanisms, short-term accelerators, and other tactics.

We Expect You To Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
  • 4+ years experience in sales, sales operations/management, account management, program management, business development
  • 3+ years of experience managing relationships with stakeholders, clients, and/or customers
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau, Power BI) and CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to present findings to diverse audiences.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Fluent English
