Job SummaryThe Sales and Training executive will educate, collaborate, andstrategize with all respective external retail partners to drive sales andachieve/exceed comprehensive company objectives. These objectives includeadherence to budgetary spend commitments and overall profitability. Thishybrid role provides support, extends partnership, responds to retailerneeds and provides solutions in both virtual and in-store capacities. Thispartnership is inclusive of coaching and developing all NARS brandpartners, artist affiliations and retailer representatives. The role isinclusive of selling, education, and training to cultivate and maintainstrong account relationships, motivate retailer engagement, and ultimatelydrive retails.Primary Duties & ResponsibilitiesResponsible for driving sales and executing strategies and initiativeswithin each retailer to ensure the achievement of sales plan.Achieve and adhere to budgetary spend commitments: financialresponsibility inclusive of travel and expense, freelance spend, andmeasurables to preserve profitability and secure bottom-lineBuild and maintain strong strategic partnerships with internal andexternal business partners resulting in increased understanding of thebusiness and achievement of successful sales results.Create an open and collaborative environment that influences the salesteams of Department Stores, Ulta and Sephora. Cascades knowledge and best practices within the fieldorganization.Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and developing freelance team.Execute successful in store and virtual events within territory,achieving event goals.Evaluates retail trends to determine resource movements against sales.Meet all deadlines for requests including calendars, expense, and eventrecaps. Participate in regional meetings and conference calls to providepartnership and create solutions to address business needs.Maintain a high level of knowledge of all products as well asingredients to serve as an education liaison to the consumer/retailer.Ensure consistency of NARS image and uphold counter and gondolaappearance to schematic standardsMaintain a cohesive monthly schedule that aligns with territory volume,call cycle, top volume door focus, as well as business needs. Implementinto shared document by the 20th of the preceding month.Ability to drive a car, which is necessary to perform visits to alldoors in the call cycle of the defined territory (Valid Driver’s LicenseRequired) Be the brand ambassador in store and virtually, representing NARS in apositive light and promoting the brand at every opportunity.
