This position will report to the Global MarketingDirector and also work directly with the Global Marketing Manager andMarketing Coordinator. At times, this person will work closely with thefirm’s Leadership team on marketing initiatives.As a Senior Marketing Associate, you will support many facets of themarketing division, including marketing, branding and communications. Someof these facets include, but not limited to, conducting market research; tosupporting the maintenance and project management of the division’scontent calendar and projects; to project managing a specific marketinginitiative; to supporting the execution of a Trascent event; to researchingindustry events; to supporting the management of key marketing channels; tosupporting marketing operations projects; and to working on specialassignments.Senior Marketing Associate ResponsibilitiesSenior Marketing Associate’s role is to support the management andexecution of marketing, branding and communications efforts, to include,but not limited to, specific marketing channels (content, social media,SEO, website, events, videos, public relations, and other as specified),initiatives, tasks and special assignmentsSupport in project managing marketing initiatives as assigned on aday-to-day basis across various key marketing channelsSupporting marketing team on developing and executing email campaigns,social posts, marketing copy foremails/social/website/brochures/promos/events/other, project timelines, andother marketing-specific functions, etc.Coordinating with external marketing partners and vendors with internalteams to ensure alignment and that tasks/projects/campaigns continue tomove forward through successful executionConducting research and due diligence on key marketing initiatives,such as content themes, industry/market research, events, marketing tools,etc.Undertaking responsibilities related to content development andmanagementSupport the logistics and execution of Trascent Global Conferences,Trascent events and other industry events initiatives, participation,speaking opportunities, sponsorships, etc.Maintain content calendars/folders, project timelines, marketing toolsand other marketing items.Support in managing marketing operations functions and toolsWorking on and supporting the process and execution ofdepartment-related and/or firm-wide special projectsOther assigned projects and tasks – as assignedSenior Marketing Associate Required Skills &CharacteristicsBachelor’s degree in marketing or communicationsMinimum 3+ years B2B marketing experience at a management consulting orprofessional services firm. Ability to demonstrate these skills and producesatisfactory resultsKnowledge and experience using social media platform – LinkedIn formarketing purposes Knowledge and experience using Google Analytics for website and SEOpurposesKnowledge and experience using an events management toolMust be proficient using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel,PowerPoint)Must have very strong project management skills and experience usingproject management tools, such as AsanaExcellent writing and oral communication skills required. Must showhigh proficiency in writing B2B marketing, communications, promotional andevents copyTrack record of successful execution and goal-orientationExtreme attention to detailExcellent organizational and problem-solving skills.
