Position Overview
We are seeking a seasoned and versatile Senior Marketing Specialist to lead and execute key marketing initiatives for our SaaS-based electronic health record (EHR) software, designed for behavioral health and human services agencies. This role blends strategic oversight with hands-on execution across inbound lead management, event coordination, campaign development, social media marketing, CRM data accuracy, and sales proposal and contract support.
While this role does not include direct reports, the ideal candidate will act as a leader within the team, owning complex projects and ensuring high-impact outcomes. They are a proactive, detail-oriented marketer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is equally comfortable developing strategy and executing tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Inbound Lead Management
- Manage the inbound lead process, ensuring timely follow-up and assignment to sales teams.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing leadership to refine lead scoring, nurturing workflows, and qualification strategies.
- Analyze lead conversion performance and recommend process improvements to enhance pipeline growth.
Event Coordination
- Lead the planning and execution of virtual and in-person events, including webinars, conferences, and trade shows.
- Oversee all event logistics, including vendor management, budgets, registrations, and post-event follow-up processes.
- Develop pre- and post-event marketing strategies to maximize attendance and engagement.
- Report on event performance metrics (e.g., attendance, engagement, lead generation) and work closely with sales to ensure timely lead follow-up.
Campaign Management
- Collaborate on the creation of campaign assets, including emails, landing pages, digital ads, and social media content.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns aligned with business goals to generate demand and support sales.
- Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend strategies to improve ROI.
Social Media Marketing
- Create and manage the social media calendar, including content development, scheduling, and performance analysis.
- Use social media platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Twitter) to engage with target audiences and enhance brand visibility.
- Collaborate on social media campaigns that align with broader marketing efforts and business objectives.
Sales Proposal and Contract Support
- Manage the process for developing sales proposals and contracts, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and alignment with deal parameters.
- Maintain version control and organize files for accessibility and traceability.
- Collaborate with sales, legal, and marketing teams to meet deadlines and address proposal requirements.
CRM Data Accuracy and Reporting
- Ensure CRM (e.g., Salesforce) data is accurate, complete, and up to date through routine audits and data cleaning.
- Generate reports on marketing and sales performance metrics, including lead conversion, campaign impact, and event outcomes.
- Recommend data-driven improvements to enhance marketing and sales alignment.

Qualifications
- Experience: 5-7 years in marketing, preferably within SaaS, healthcare, or technology industries.
- Event Expertise: Significant experience planning, executing, and reporting on both virtual and in-person events.
- Campaign Management: Proven track record of developing and managing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
- Social Media Skills: Experience managing social media platforms and campaigns to drive engagement and lead generation.
- Sales Enablement Expertise: Experience supporting sales teams with tools such as proposals, contracts, and enablement resources.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency with marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Analytical Abilities: Strong skills in data analysis and reporting, using insights to drive continuous improvement.
- Project Leadership: Ability to independently manage multiple projects and deadlines with minimal oversight.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,000.00 – $90,000.00 per year
