This is an amazingopportunity to scale Every’s most important growth channels, Meta andGoogle, as well as test . Reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing,you will work closely with other channel owners to improve Every’sacquisition activities.Your tasks:Develop and implement comprehensive performance marketing strategies todrive customer acquisition.Manage and optimize Facebook and Google ad accounts, includingallocation of 6 figure monthly budgets and ad creative development.Conduct thorough analysis and reporting of campaign performance and toidentify trends, opportunities, and areas for optimization.Utilize data-driven insights to continuously refine creative, landingpages, targeting and messaging for improved performance.Perform in-depth creative analysis and reporting on our ads and andfeedback the results to our creative team.Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including ecom, product,influencer marketing and CRM, to align performance marketing efforts withbroader business objectives.Stay abreast of industry trends, best practices, and emergingtechnologies in performance marketing, and incorporate findings intostrategy development.Manage external agencies and partners.Identify new potential channels and execute testing strategies to seeif they’re a fit for Every.What you bring to the table:Minimum of 3 years of hands-on media-buying experience, managingFacebook and Google ad accounts within the e-commerce industry, bonuspoints for subscription product experience.Experience with additional channels like Tiktok, Pinterest or nativeads a plus.Proven track record of managing monthly six-figure budgets and drivingmeasurable results in terms of NC ROAS, CAC, and new customer revenue.Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex datasets and extract actionable insights.Excellent track record of constantly improving acquisition performanceand scaling ad spend.A passion for ad creative – you love looking at what other brandsare doing and coming up with innovative ideas for our creative pipeline.You also love analysing recent creative tests and coming up with cleveriterations for us to test.Familiarity with measurement and attribution tools like Triple Whale orKlar and post-purchase surveys.A passion for ecom and the DTC space. You listen to industry podcastsand are constantly reading about trends and new best practices inperformance marketing.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Resilient and fun towork with!Self-motivated and results-oriented, with a passion for driving growthand achieving business objectives.Experience managing and mentoring junior team members is a plus.If you are a fast learner and willing to grow, we look forward tohearing from you.
