What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Clearly define project scope, goals, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders
• Manage the successful delivery of projects and deliver to the agreed scope, quality, time, budget, and customer expectations
• Generate and manage the project plan, resource plan, budget, and risk register
• Organize, lead, and motivate project teams in a matrix environment

What Is Required (Qualifications)

• Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field
• At least 4 years of experience in managing large projects
• Project management certification or successful completion of a recognized project management curriculum
• Experience in a complex, high demanding, and fast-paced international environment, preferably in the Supply Chain industry
• Demonstrable experience of delivering IT projects with a strong emphasis on Data platforms

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)

• Proven experience as a Project Manager, specifically leading projects with a product management focus
• Strong understanding of data lake architecture, data governance, and product development principles
• Ability to build good relationships with end users and senior stakeholders
• Exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to apply sound judgment, with limited information
