Responsibilities:
Who are you?
Competitive Intelligence
- Leading the strategic direction of competitive intelligence efforts
- Managing and curating the competitive intelligence repository, ensuring it is regularly updated to meet current commercial and product needs
- Developing intelligence digests to succinctly summarize top news and provide in-depth analysis of its implications for the organization
- Partnering with the commercial team and delivering actionable and current competitive updates to the sales and pre-sales organizations.
- Maintaining competitive decks, battle cards, playbooks, SWOT, win/loss analysis, etc.
- Providing strategic recommendations for product positioning and competitive strategy
Market Intelligence
- Communicating research findings and strategic recommendations effectively to senior management and key stakeholders through detailed reports, dynamic presentations, and interactive dashboards
- Leading as the voice of the win/loss program, conducting direct interviews and distilling insights to help improve go-to-market and product development efforts.
- Conducting primary and secondary research, analyzing information, data synthesizing and creating compelling content for executive presentations, feature matrices, pricing comparisons, etc.
Operational
- Building on processes where Research/Intelligence serves as a critical input to the roadmap strategy discussions taking place at a company and business-unit level
- Identifying opportunities to streamline and optimize research processes to improve efficiency and reduce redundancies
- Evaluating and leveraging technology solutions to enhance market intelligence operations as an accessible repository

Qualifications:
What you bring to the Personify Health team:
In order to represent the best of what we have to offer you come to us with a multitude of positive attributes including:
- 6+ years of technology experience in SaaS enterprise software, ideally within the health care benefits space.
- 4+ years of experience in product, product marketing, competitive intelligence, or strategy
- Strong market research, quantitative and analytical skills.
- Built and implemented competitive intelligence programs and sales tools.
- Engaged directly with enterprise customers and a large partner organization.
- Ability to present clear insights to stakeholders from a mass of data.
- Experience with business intelligence tools like Tableau, PowerBI, and SQL
- Well-versed in translating qualitative data into quantitative data
- A strategic thinker with the ability to synthesize information from multiple sources into relevant and actionable insights for different stakeholders.
- Able to collaborate cross-functionally, especially across marketing, product management, sales teams, sales, pre-sales, sales operations, sales enablement, product, product marketing and customer success.
- Highly motivated with a sense of urgency and willingness to adjust in a fast-paced, team environment.
- A precise communicator who is comfortable presenting to leadership and a team player.

In compliance with all states and cities that require transparency of pay, the base compensation for this position ranges from $130,000 to $140,000. Note that salary may vary based on location, skills, and experience. This position is eligible for 10% target bonus/variable compensation as well as health, dental, vision, mental health and other benefits.
