This role sits within the marketing team and works on marketingprojects, but works closely with our design team to ensure brand continuityand best practices. This is a full-time role based in the US.ResponsibilitiesCreate ads (static and animated) for social media, digital marketingplatforms, sponsorships, and out of home Create images for blog and email headers, and for social media postsCleanup / design PowerPoint presentations Create graphics for trade show booths and design pop-up banners forsmaller events Layout one pagers and similar assets Develop webpage and landing page wireframes for marketing-ownedportions of website Create/edit marketing videos and 3D renderings strongly preferredSkills8+ years demonstrated experience covering above responsibilities(portfolio submission required) Strong understanding of visual display, art direction, layout, brandcontinuity, and how imagery and copy work together in combination Detail oriented, efficient, and open to feedback Experience with accessible design (color contrast, font size, and soforth) Experience in video editing and 3D rendering (3DS MAX or Blender)strongly preferred Experience with Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, and Figma requiredExperience with Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe After Effects, and DavinciResolve preferredFounded in 2019, Neat was created to make the meeting space the best itcan be.
