Where to begin. I'll start with the very short and most recent. Two years ago, while celebrating a longtime friend's birthday, I was in an accident. I fell off of a moving golf cart, yes a golf cart, and hit my head just right. Needing to be airlifted to the nearest hospital I then spent the next 16 days in a coma and a total of 3 months in the hospital.
After spending a good part of the following year getting back to my life, slowly, as a bartender in Orlando, FL. I've come to realize that I must evolve and while I am still great at my job I have a very strong desire to do more.
Professionally I have been working as a Bartender for the last 14 years. Previous to that I worked for a maxillofacial surgeon doing everything from scheduling to sterilizing the equipment.
I am still currently a bartender for a busy, high paced restaurant.
On my own time, I have been continuing my education by taking online courses teaching everything from creative writing to Calendly and Adobe.
The benefit to the restaurant work I do now is the time it allows me to work during the day, 7 days a week. I am available 8 am-2 pm every day and have extended hours on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Fridays.
