I was born into a military family so traveling is how I entered this world. At the young age of two my father was shipped out to England where we all went and lived for a couple years. I was very young but I remember different sites, castles, Euro Disney, Sherwood Forrest and other flashes of memories. From there we traveled back to the states and bounced around from Montana, Wyoming, Utah, Missouri, Kansas, Oklahoma and now my own family and I are looking to make our lives an adventure!

I grew up as a gymnast most of my life which made all other sports much easier and more enjoyable in free time. Taking family trips to different parts of the United States allowed for many different adventures and ways to feed my undying need for adrenaline. When I got into high school I soon realized that I loved working with theatre and film. I became obsessed with working my athletic abilities into movies and live entertainment and that obsession has never died down. Parkour and many other exciting activities were the focus of my life and I knew that was how I needed to make my life.

Nearing the end of my high school career I found myself living in a house with my brother and a few roommates making at home videos in all of our free time. Morning, day, night, it didn't matter; it was all about enjoying every second of life that we could. This is also the time in my life that I picked up Mixed Martial Arts and became the owner, manager, promoter and fighter form my own MMA team. This cycle went on for a year or two before the unthinkable happened while I was at the movies. My phone was exploding in my pocket and I didn't know why. Trying not to be rude during the movie I ignored my phone until I couldn't stand it any longer. My house had caught fire and was burning to the ground.

After that night my world was completely different. Everything I owned was gone. But life had my back just like it always does. A week before my life changed for the better, I was offered a a full ride scholarship to a small town college where I had the chance to keep moving forward. Unfortunately with how life was going and the situation I was in I did not take advantage of my education opportunities and learned more about life than I did about school. I may not have received a degree in Criminal Justice like I was originally aiming for, but I learned enough about life to start heading the right direction.

I returned back to Missouri to try again, this time aimed more in a direction that was best suiting for me. But again I found myself letting my dark side get the best of me. I became a personal trainer thinking I would be able to thrive like the great trainers I knew. I just lacked the willingness to put myself out there how I needed to and I let myself slip back into my old ways of only doing enough to get by.

It was not until I met my wife that I decided it was time to step up. After we started seeing each other I retained a full time job, part time Personal Trainer job and lived the next few years thinking I had it all. During that time misfortune struck again and I had a spill of events that seemed to knock me back in years of progress. I had to find a new job in a dying market and wound up working multiple part time jobs trying to find something to make me happy. From the multiple jobs I tried juggling at a time, my sales job of selling an air cleaning machine was definitely stuck out the most. I was on my way to owning a store and having one of the highest sales record of the store. But my heart was not in selling these machines for a price that was too high and I lost my passion for the business.

Opportunity came knocking at my door once again when I had the opportunity to return to martial arts as a full time instructor. For the past two years I have been teaching my passion of martial arts to kids and adults both. I am also about to be Yoga Certified so I will be able to teach my other passion of yoga as well. These past two years have been opening up more doors for us and the next door that is ready for us is a life on the road! Living life as a free family on the road and only looking back for the places we can't live without seeing again!
