I started my professional career in 2018 when I graduated my masters at Business Management. First year, I worked at Digital Marketing Agency called Zipwolf where I was involved in different tasks and projects such as creating marketing campaings for startups, running their social media accounts and increasing the number of visitors to their website and attracting traffic for them. Furthermore, I was editing the content for websites of our clients where product line was changing all the time needed to be modified. I was working to add multiple products for e-commerce stores also belonging to our clients. In 2019, I moved to tour operator which has been working for 25 years as Assistant of Destination Manager. There I started my career as professional who dedicates himself for serving people. Main markets were Italian, German, Japanese and UK. I was responsible for the reservation of hotels, lately I was running social media accounts of the company with also creating new website for them. During my time at this company I learned a lot about hospitality, experienced to be guide for short period. I explained the whole program to our guides and handed them radio devices for bigger groups if needed. Then I worked as travel guide for this company where I have acquired lots of knowledge. Moreover, I want to commit myself to tourism business. I met a lot of people with different thoughts and views, had to work in harsh situations such food poisining, sickness and other many issues. I can fully communicate in English, Russian and little bit in Spanish.
