I lead people so that we can all achieve the impossible. As a young man I believed that nothing was impossible. I was taught that if I can dream it then I can do it. This mentality has grown with me.

I believe that work doesn’t have to suck. I believe that passion for a job well done can drive creative innovation. I believe that my job doesn’t take away from my family, but enhances our lives because we are part of something greater than ourselves.

For the past 20+ years I have lived and breathed the user centered design, digital experiences, and the multimedia realm. Whether it’s website creation, managing a team, ui design, ux flows and wireframes, prototyping or creative direction for a mobile app, my passion for smart design and innovation is alive in everything I do.
