Job Role:
Intermediate in UI Designer, But expert as technical solutions consultant, where my primary function was to deal with commercial product based customers through phone, email and online ticket incidents and resolve as per SLA and TAT. Took up multiple roles as technical trainer, Customer success closure, Tech lead, and project leader for Digital India of imparting training on chat bots and social media solutions . Beside as an UI designer, created web static pages dashboard for cross functional teams so as to automate business process in SharePoint.

Skillset i possess:
Trained in Java web application development (Client side and server side programming)
Self-Starter in UI design using HTML, CSS, Bootstrap, Customer service/ Customer retention/ Sales pitch/ Solution provider in hardware and software issues in windows, laptops, desktops and Workstations.
Adding information to Knowledge base, Escalation handler.

Familiar with tools Zendesk, Jira, Sketch, Slack, Adobe Dreamweaver, Power BI Desktop application
