If youare someone who is driven to make a difference, who enjoys a challenge andabove all, if you’re someone who cares, there’s a place for you here.Join us and contribute to Sedgwick being a great place to work.Great Place to Work®Most Loved Workplace®Forbes Best-in-State EmployerDirector Marketing StrategyPRIMARY PURPOSE: Serves as a strategicbusiness partner to Sedgwick business unit leadership to develop tailoredmarketing strategies to support growth.ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS And RESPONSIBILITIESPartners with business unit Presidents and company leaders inoperations, sales, and client services to develop marketing strategies tosupport growth.Collaborates with marketing centers of excellence to deploy marketingtactics in support of strategies.Provides stakeholder updates to business unit leadership; sharesresults and optimizes plans based on learnings.Works with fellow Brand Strategists to develop and design bestpractices and best-in-class marketing approaches.Teams up with marketing center of excellence (PR, Digital/Social,Content, Conference) leads to ensure strong working knowledge of keymarketing tactics.Follows existing brand guidelines and develops additional contentguidelines to ensure consistency and brand voice across all channels.Manages execution against the overall content calendar andcustomer/client programs.Partners with the creative team to provide direction, ideate concepts,and bring campaigns to life.Collaborates with internal teams, including creative, marketing, andproduct teams, to ensure consistent brand messaging and userexperience.Monitors and reports on digital content performance metrics and makesdata-driven recommendations to optimize assets and improve userengagement.Leverages market trends to identify opportunities for new content andcampaign development.Conducts research and analysis on industry and competitor trends toensure our brand is showing up best-in-class.Translates existing customer insights into relevant marketing programimplications.Conducts research, analyzing findings, making recommendations, ideatingcollaboratively with creative and overseeing projects through tocompletion.ADDITIONAL FUNCTIONS And RESPONSIBILITIESPerforms other duties as assigned.Travels as required.QualificationsEducation & LicensingBachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a relatedfield, from an accredited college or university preferred.ExperienceTen (10) years of related experience or equivalent combinationof education and experience required.
