This position requires extensive personal interaction with allteam members as well as global account clients. Primary responsibilitiesinclude but are not limited to:Maintain daily schedule including internal meetings, conference callsinvolving multiple time zones, setting video conferences, and clientmeetings with keen attention to detail and seamless efficiency.Research/Support; monitor trends and RFP websites of current globalaccounts.Coordinate travel schedule, both domestic and international.Managing Salesforce Opportunities for Marquee / Regional Accountsacross all lines of business.Maintain internal client relationship management database.Creation of quarterly financial reports.Creation of monthly business development team presentations.Creation of weekly news updates for accounts.Prepare and submit monthly accurate expense report and reconcile DinersClub statements using Concur.Arrange business travel through Concur.Provide a “thought partner” mentality to assist the Senior ClientPartner with business development efforts and other businessinitiatives.Support other team members as required, providing timely answers torequests.Other duties as assigned.Business DevelopmentCreating/editing monthly reporting materials (PowerPointpresentations).Light research on global account news and activities.Update Salesforce for all BD activity as directed by GAL.Calendar ManagementMaintain business calendar(s), coordinate all GALs travel (bothdomestic and international).Coordinate weekly / monthly status call, both internally andexternally.Maintain accurate and timely updates to calendars with alldocumentation, notes, and candidate appointments.AdministrationMaintain activity log for GALs and meet weekly to discuss status ofupcoming deliverables.Reconcile monthly Diner’s Club statements with expensereimbursements.Professional Experience/QualificationsThe ideal candidate will have the ability to engage withindividuals and understand, evaluate and articulate motivations andorganizational dynamics. S/He will be client-centric and willing and ableto establish, build and sustain client relationships. This individual willhave a “can do” attitude and insight into GAL needs while maintainingfocus on achieving exceptionally high quality and detailed results in afast-paced environment.
