The successful candidate willplay a pivotal role in managing projects and ensuring the successfuldelivery of SAP S/4HANA solutions. This role is ideal for a proactiveproblem-solver with a passion for leveraging technology to drive businessgrowth and efficiencies.ResponsibilitiesThe Project Manager will be responsible for Leading and managing large-scale projects, ensuring they are deliveredon time, within scope and budget. Developing detailed project plans, including resource allocation,timelines, and risk mitigation strategies. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to define projectobjectives, scope, and deliverables that support business goals. Identifying and managing project dependencies and critical paths, andimplementing necessary changes to keep the project on track. Conducting project post-mortems and creating detailed reports toidentify successful and unsuccessful project elements. Facilitating communication with stakeholders at all levels, includingproject status updates and end-user training. Ensuring all project documentation is up-to-date and adheres tocompany standards. Providing guidance on SAP S/4HANA functionalities and best practices,and offering technical support where necessary.QualificationsThe ideal candidate will possess the followingqualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems,Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree is aplus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, SAP S/4HANAwould be a plus. Proven track record of successfully implementing SAP S/4HANA solutionsin a corporate environment. Strong understanding of PM methodologies, including ASAP andAgile/Scrum. Excellent problem-solving skills, with a proven ability to managecomplex projects and resolve issues promptly. Exceptional communication and leadership skills, with the ability toguide and motivate a team effectively. SAP S/4HANA certification is a plus. PMP certification or equivalent project management certification ispreferred. Proficient in project management software tools, methodologies, andbest practices.
