A Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, CivilEngineering, or a related field. Proven experience in project management, including the ability tomanage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver results on time andwithin budget. Strong knowledge of construction processes, means and methods, andrelevant rules, regulations, quality standards, and safety hazards. Proficiency in project management software tools, applications, andmethodologies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the abilityto work effectively with team members at all levels of theorganization. Strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, andorganizational skills. A proactive, hands-on approach to work, with a strong sense ofownership and responsibility. A valid driver’s license and the ability to travel to variousjob sites as needed.
