The North American Trailer Dealers Association (NATDA) is amember-based, for-profit association supporting the light-to-medium-dutytrailer industry. NATDA hosts two annual events, The NATDA Trailer Showand The Trailer Tech Expo Powered by NATDA; a year-round virtual educationprogram, a bi-monthly magazine and a variety of member benefits. The Marketing Communications Manager will manage regular associationdigital communications, maintain association communications platforms andwork the Director of Marketing to execute the strategy and tactics to drivemembership and event registration, support revenue goals, and build adeeper sense of community and loyalty among NATDA membership.The successful candidate will manage multiple projects simultaneously,working with all members of the NATDA team to support and promoteindividual initiatives and the organization as a whole in alignment withthe NATDA strategic plan. We’re looking for a highly motivated teamplayer who is able to take direction and work independently.Responsibilities:Manage editorial content and advertising traffic for theassociation’s bi-monthly magazine to ensure timely delivery of both printand digital versions. Oversee mailing lists and reporting.Manage publishing calendar and execute bi-weekly digitalnewsletters, monthly member communications and email campaigns (based onassociation and event marketing plans) to ensure coordinated messaging andcampaigns across channels.Manage, measure, and optimize the performance of digital marketing andsocial campaigns. Maintain and assess performance of digital marketingplatforms.Manage the association website to keep the content up to date forthe NATDA community. Optimize content for visibility, address reportedissues, test new pages and make suggestions for a better user experienceand manage association chat feature via Meta.Develop, maintain, share and execute social media calendar and tacticalplan to grow channel engagement with audiences.Act as a single point of contact with association sponsors andcoordinate with marketing, operations and sales to ensure that allsponsorship deliverables are executed throughout the sponsorship year. Oversee projects with third-party vendors to ensure timelyexecution of deliverables as needed. Work with the Director of Marketing and Director of Membershipto manage benefit communications and curate guest author content from ourbenefit partners.Maintain our show apps during trade event cycles.Assist in the creation of video content (reels, tutorials,etc.)Maintain an archive of marketing assets, content campaigns,editorial content.Required skills and qualifications:BA in Marketing/Communications or related field5 years’ relevant experience in Marketing, Communications, orbothSelf-motivated with ability to work independently and within ateam.Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, andsocial media marketingExperience in project management.A great eye for design and ability to champion brand standards.Highly organized with the ability to meet multiple deadlines in afast-paced environment.Excellent copy writing and proofreading skillsExcellent communication and presentation skillsExcellent customer service skills  Preferred skills and qualifications:Tradeshow experience a plusGraphic design experienceSkilled in Microsoft Office SuiteExperience with Mail Chimp, Photoshop, Meta, Canva, Monday.comand Hootsuite. Experience in MediaOS , Map Your Show, OpusPro and Vimeo aplus, but not necessary.This position will require travel, at least twice a year, for both ofNATDA’s annual events. NATDA is owned by Trifecta Collective LLC and is supported by a small,but mighty team. Team members work together on the association’s missionto provide the best possible benefits to its members. This position’ssalary will begin at $58k with incentives. A generous PTO and benefitplan, including 401k are available to its employees. The NATDA office isbased in St. Petersburg, FL. This is a remote position with severalin-person meetings throughout the year in St. Petersburg.
