Canonical partners with the leading companies in technologyacross public cloud (Amazon, Google, Microsoft, Oracle…), silicon (ARM,Intel, Qualcomm, Mediatek, Nvidia, Xilinx…), hardware vendors (Dell, HP,HPE, Lenovo). As our business increasingly depends on partners, the scopeof our partnership grows every year (GSI, software vendors, IoT…). We arethus looking for an individual, who will not only drive successfulmarketing activities with our partners but also shape our partnerprograms.The ideal candidate will be passionate about technology, technologymarketing and the use of technology in marketing. You will prefer to workin an environment that has emphasis on the ownership of campaigns,collaboration, learning, curiosity and a drive to continually improveoneself / the team / the organisation. You will also love to problem solve,get hands-on, experiment, measure and use automation to make daily lifeeasier.This role reports to the VP of Marketing.Location: This role will be based remotely in theAmericas region.What your day will look likeLead a team of Partner Marketing ManagersGrow partner sales through integrated partner marketing programs,across system integrators, public cloud, device manufacturers andsemiconductorsCome up with scalable and efficient marketing campaigns to driveCanonical products, with the objective to build marketing frameworks thatcan be leveraged globallyGrow the value proposition of co-marketing programs for currentpartners and attract new partnersDrive marketing consistency among partners to ensure Ubuntu brand andvalue proposition is accurately and professionally representedEstablish & support relationships with partner sales, channel, andmarketing teams to improve partner sales potential for Canonical products,services and technologiesDevelop & maintain a deep understanding of partner businessstrategies and objectives. Craft co-marketing strategies and programs thatbenefit both Canonical and partners, from messaging to programdeliveryAdvocate for mutual business development. Help build customer demandfor partner products that will grow sales. Bring together Canonical andpartner capabilities to improve touch points to elevate awareness andbusiness opportunitiesWhat we are looking for in youExperience in B2B marketing and experience working with strategiccorporate partners to develop co-marketing initiativesExperience in enterprise software, SaaS or silicon preferredStrong customer/partner relationship management skillsProven analytical skills, able to assess opportunities and makedecisions on ROI/advantages of programs & investmentsTrack record of delivering strong results and innovationGrowth mindset – someone who is not afraid to think big and takeon riskWillingness to roll up your sleevesExceptional verbal and written communication skillsAbility to work and thrive in a self-starter, fast-paced and changingenvironmentLoves diverse work assignments and enjoys the opportunity to try newapproaches and overcome challengesWhat we offer youYour base pay will depend on various factors including yourgeographical location, level of experience, knowledge and skills.
