I grew up on the philosophies of the Dalai Llama, mindfulness, compassion and gratitude. My love for movement and the earth led me to dance and yoga. I began teaching yoga 8 years ago and working on an organic farm in Maui. From there I moved to San Francisco where I worked as an ayurvedic/ holistic chef, yoga teacher, personal assistant, nanny, and sound therapist. Acceptance to Columbia University moved me to New York where I also worked as the PA/ EA to the CEO of a record label and managed the day to day at the office and studios.

Starting as a media intern, I quickly moved up the ranks in this 100-person company and became the Office Manager.
