Thisindividual will play a critical role in managing the editorial process forour series of books, ensuring high-quality content that meets our standardsand vision. The ideal candidate will possess a keen eye for detail,expertise in content structuring, and the ability to maintain a consistentvoice and tone across publications. With a dynamic team to lead andmultiple projects to oversee, this role requires strong leadership, processmanagement skills, and proficiency in editing software. Experience workingwith AI-generated content is also highly valued as we strive to innovateand improve our offerings.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and edit manuscripts with an extremely detail-oriented approachto ensure accuracy, clarity, and consistency, with no mistakes Maintain a consistent voice and tone throughout all series of books,ensuring coherence and brand alignment Demonstrate expertise in structuring content, organizing topics andsubtopics efficiently without redundancy Lead and manage a dynamic team comprising writers, subject matterexperts, editors, proofreaders, and other relevant personnel, ensuringcollaboration and high-quality outputs Oversee the development of various Seminars and Masterclasses builtaround the book concepts Oversee the integration of AI-generated content, ensuring it meetseditorial standards and enhances the overall value of our publicationsUtilize proficiency in editing software (e.g., Grammarly) to streamlinethe editing process and maintain high editorial standards Employ strong process management skills to oversee multiplesimultaneous projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality assurance.Ensure all content is fact-checked and references are verified touphold the credibility and accuracy of publications. Coordinate with marketing team for the promotion and sales of theseries of books. Monitor and adapt to industry trends, incorporating new editingtechnologies and methodologies to improve workflow and product quality.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, or arelated field. A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in book editing,publishing, or a related editorial role. An in-depth understanding of the publishing process, from manuscriptdrafting to book marketing and distribution. Strong process and project management skills, with the ability tomanage editorial and content teams and multiple projects simultaneously tomeet tight deadlines. Expertise in editing software and tools, such as Grammarly, andfamiliarity with AI-generated content. Strong knowledge of content structuring, editorial standards, andpublishing workflows. Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to producingerror-free content.
