The ideal candidate willhave a proven track record of success in managing complex ERP projects, aswell as a deep understanding of Oracle E-Business ERP functionality.EXAMPLES OF DUTIES:Lead and manage the project team throughout the entire projectlifecycle, from initiation to closureDevelop and manage the project plan, ensuring that all project tasksare completed on time and within budgetCommunicate effectively with all project stakeholders, including theproject team, the customer, and the vendorManage risks and issues throughout the project, and develop mitigationplans as neededEnsure that the project meets the customer’s requirements andexpectationsManage the project budget and track costs closelyApprove all project changes and ensure that they are implemented in atimely and efficient mannerConduct regular project status meetings and provide updates tostakeholdersDocument all project activities and deliverablesClose out the project and ensure that all lessons learned are capturedMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Experience, Education And TrainingBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, InformationTechnology, or a related field5+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERPimplementationsProven experience in Oracle E-Business ERP CloudStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a teamAbility to manage multiple projects simultaneouslyAbility to work under pressure and meet deadlinesPreferred Qualifications:Master’s degree in Business Administration, InformationTechnology, or a related field10+ years of experience in project management, with a focus on ERPimplementationsPMP Certification from PMIExperience with other ERP systems, such as CGI, Oracle, SAP, etc.Experience with cloud-based ERP systemsExperience with Agile project management methodologyExperience with change managementALL successful candidates for this position are required to workdirectly for PRIMUS.
