Assist branches with questions and concerns as they relate to assignedduties.Reconcile tolls, allocations and transponders, and work with vendor toensure accuracy of account.Create reports for fleet operations and analyze data for communicationto branches monthly.Process violations, tickets, and citations and coordinate with vendorsto reconcile tickets.Troubleshoot and resolve problem tickets in Ivanti for fleetoperations.Responsible for adherence to all company and DOT safety policies &procedures.Maintain and manage the administrative tasks required for alloperational systems including setup, maintenance, and future development ofsystems.Provide coaching / training in the utilization and application ofoperational systems. Communicate issues to vendors and work to resolution.Conduct data analysis, interpret and understand its impact onoperational efficiencies, and provide recommendations to improve branchperformance.What You Will Bring3+ years of experience with commercial motor vehicle operations. Experience with fleet operations and associated applications (e.g.telematics).Ability to lead and direct change.Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.Attention to detail and ability to work unsupervised.Extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.Ability to travel approximately up to 25% Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of employees,verbally and in writing. Demonstrates an ability to develop good relationships with internalcustomers and vendors.
